Happy July I hope you are enjoying your summer. Please see the July Wine Club newsletters below as well as our newsletter from the past wine club releases. Come enjoy a special wine club event just for our wine club members July 10th from 1-5pm at Spindrift Cellars. Please RSVP to tabitha@spindriftcellars.com with your name and how many people attending. We will have our 2008 Pinot Noir Barrel Select to enjoy as a preview tasting. Other specials just on the day of July 10th we will have all of our wines for our wine club members an added 25% off all wines. This is our way of saying thank you. Garlic Scape Pesto
Recipe from Gathering Together Farm

1/2 lb. - organic scapes (top of garlic), chop into 1" sections
1 c. - olive oil
2 c. - grated parmesan cheese

In a blender, combine the scapes & olive oil. Pour mixture into bowl and blend the cheese in by hand.
