We produce wines with minimal handling to maintain the highest quality in our wines. All of our wines are produced using a combination of wild yeast and cultured yeast fermentations to bring out the natural complexity and treating oak more as a spice then as a main ingredient to our Pinot Noir. The wines are made by Matt Compton winemaker.

2012 Pinot Gris

Crisp and refreshing a charming Pinot Gris with depth. Complex yet bright lingering flavors with notes of citrus and grapefruit with an expansive liveliness.

2011 Pinot Noir

Bright red fruits with hints of rose hips & toasted notes. Leads to a balanced palate of red raspberry, strawberry, currents with soft tannin and length. Moderate acidity gives it length on the palate with an enjoyable lingering finish.

New Release

2012 Pinot Blanc

Fruit was whole cluster pressed. The small amount of new French oak fermentation gives this Pinot Blanc light, tropical fruit flavors; melons and citrus notes balanced finish. Matches well with oysters or spicy dishes.

2011 Rosé Pinot Noir

This bright, lively Rosé has aromas of rosehips, strawberries, citrus and peach leading to concentrated fruit flavors of strawberry & watermelon with crisp acidity and a dry palate. Matches well with dishes such as Goat Cheese, Rosemary, Walnut, Honey Baked Brie topped with Brown Sugar, Walnuts and crackers.

2010 Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc Blend

50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Blanc this is a blend that Matt Compton our winemaker has always been intrigued to make. Rich golden color bright with bright clean honeysuckle aromas with soft creamy oak and vanilla notes. A wonderful big balanced fresh lingering finish.

Seven Hills Vineyard

2009 Syrah

98% Syrah Seven Hills West Vineyard co-fermented with 2% Viognier Barrel aged 24 months in 30% new French oak. Spindrift Seven Hills Vineyard Syrah is deep berry, peppery and jammy. Aromas of sweet dark fruit, black pepper with smoky notes leads to bright rich berry fruit favors with black pepper and sweet tannins that linger in the palette. Matches well with rich red meats and Summer BBQ’s.

A unique single vineyard bottling from a warm site that give ripe sugars and flavor with big acidity gives this wine big earthy aromas with dark fruit tones. Upfront deep palette of cherry, strawberry, wood and length on the palate from great acidity makes this wine hold up to grilling a steak or any big rich meal with wild mushrooms.
