The evening begins at 5:30pm in the garden with live music from the Hammered Brass Quintet, drinks from Sprindrift Cellars Winery and Vivacity Spirits, tours of SAGE, tastes of garden pizzas from our cob oven, and samplings of farm-fresh produce. A four course, seasonal dinner follows under the twinkling lights of the pavilion, prepared by local chef, Danielle Lewis, the head chef of Castor.
Supper at SAGE is a magical evening of local food, music and art in the garden that raises core funds for our educational programming.
